All pieces are owned by the City and County of Denver and managed by the Arts and Venues department. This artwork is being photographed as a part of the #DenverPublicArt30 . The campaign is celebrating the 30th anniversary of Denver Public Art, a program which sets aside 1% of every municipal capital improvement project over $1M for the creation of public art.
